- Acting: While the acting didn't deliver as much as I had hoped it would, I think it was, for the most part, well done. I don't really see why people think George Lucas's scripts were so poorly written; sure, there are a few cheesy lines here and there, but for the most part, they worked. However, I was especially saddened by the duel between Chancellor Palpatine and Mace Windu; with that kind of acting on Ian McDarmid's part, Samuel L. Jackson could have whipped his ass in no time. It seemed just way too stiff and controlled, and did not serve as a good example of Windu's Vapaad.
- Action: The action was some of the best of all of the Star Wars films. The battle scenes were long and enthralling, and yet did not overwhelm the film. Lots of little skirmishes were spread throughout, and the duel at the end of the film between Obi-Wan and Anakin was great.
